Prime Minister Vanhanen to visit the European Parliament

Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen will visit Brussels on Tuesday, 5 December, to participate in an interparliamentary meeting on the "Future of Europe" organised by the Finnish Parliament and the European Parliament. The meeting will be chaired by the Speaker of the Finnish Parliament, Paavo Lipponen, and the President of the European Parliament, Josep Borrell. The President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, will also deliver a speech at the meeting.
