News subscription
During Finland’s EU Presidency, this page contained a form for news subscription. Journalists and other people interested in Finland’s Presidency were able to subscribe to press releases and weekly newsletters and receive them by e-mail. Those who subscribed to press releases on General and External Relations as of 21 July, received CFSP statements, too. Finland’s EU Presidency also provided free SMS text messages (in English) on key news items.
The press releases were sent by e-mail after their release on the Internet. The newsletter was sent out every Monday. It was also possible to subscribe to a Latin news-in-brief, published every Wednesday. The newsletter and the Latin news-in-brief took a summer break in August.
